Original artworks may require additional preparation time (varnishing, drying, packaging); processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

Packaging

Prints are shipped in rigid mailers to prevent bending.

Original artwork is shipped in protective packaging (includes padding, corner protectors, and double boxing when needed).
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork.

We will work with you to offer a replacement (for prints) or discuss next steps for original pieces.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns / Exchanges

Prints may be replaced if they arrive damaged.

Originals cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional)

Local pickup or delivery may be available for select regions.
